Booking and planning fees

Fees and charges have been updated for the 2024/25 financial year.

Domestic bookings:

With airfares: $70/booking

Without airfares: $50/booking

International bookings:

With airfares: $150/booking

Without airfares: $100/booking

​

Travel planning

If your trip is longer than 2 weeks or includes at least 2 destinations with flights, accommodation, and attractions there will be a non-refundable planning and quoting fee, even if you choose not to go ahead with the quote. If you choose to go ahead with the booking, this will turn into your booking fee.

Travel planning fee: $150/quote

International quotes: $70/quote

Quote cost is for initial quote and 1 change. Fee is non-refundable - if you book, it will form part of your booking fee. ​

Payment fees

Direct Transfer: No additional fee

Visa Credit Card and Debit Card: 2.2%/payment

MasterCard Credit Card and Debit Card: 2.2%/payment

American Express Credit Card and Debit Card: 2.2%/payment

Cancellation and change fees

Subject to your refund and remedy rights under the Australian Consumer Law, the following change and cancellation fees apply to all bookings in addition to supplier fees:

Changes

Domestic/Trans-Tasman: $30/person/change

International (excluding Trans-Tasman): $75/person/change

Cancellations

Domestic/Trans-Tasman: $50/person/booking

International (excluding Trans-Tasman): $100/person/booking
