The spooky season is coming up quick and if you loved to be scared, Universal is the best place to spend it. Not only do you get the theme park experience but so many scares that the event is not recommended for kids.


Halloween Horror Nights at Universal parks will have you wandering through haunted houses full of scares and experiencing the original monsters. Have the fright of your life!



Universal Studios Orlando

Dates: 2 September-31 October 2022 (Select Nights)


With 10 haunted houses, 5 scare zones and 2 live shows, Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Orlando Resort will have you jumping out of your skin. In 2022, experience the horrors of Blumhouse, Halloween, Universal Monsters, and more in terrifying houses designed for maximum fear.

  • Halloween Horror Nights Single Night Ticket: From US$74pp+tax Admission to the after-hours event on a selected night

  • Halloween Horror Nights Express Pass (add on): From US$110pp+tax An add on to the Single Night Ticket, this ticket allows you to skip the lines and get to the fear faster.

  • R.I.P. Tour: From US$280pp+tax A group V.I.P. walking tour that gives you priority access to houses and some park attractions while you’re on the tour. This is an add on to the Single Ticket

  • Private R.I.P. Tour: Custom pricing A private V.I.P. walking tour that gives you unlimited to houses and some park attractions while you’re on the tour. This is an add on to the Single Ticket

  • Behind the Screams: Unmasking the Horror Tour: From US$80pp+tax (3 houses), from US$130pp+tax (6 houses) This daytime V.I.P. tour will take you behind the scenes of a select number of houses to see how the scares work. Separate event/theme park admission required.



Universal Studios Hollywood

Dates: 8 September-31 October 2022 (Select Nights)


It’s all about the fear at Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios Hollywood. Experience 8 haunted houses, the Terror Tram, scare zones, a live show, and exhilarating attractions based on your favourite Universal Monsters such as Dracula, The Wolf Man, and the Mummy; the Horrors of Blumhouse and Halloween.

  • Halloween Horror Nights General Admission: From US$72pp Admission to the after-hours event on a selected night

  • Halloween Horror Nights Universal Express: From US$180pp This ticket allows you to skip the lines and get to the fear faster. Once per house.

  • Halloween Horror Nights Universal Express Unlimited: From US$220pp This ticket allows you to skip the lines and get to the fear faster an unlimited number of times per house.

  • Halloween Horror Nights After 2pm Day/Night: From US$112pp This ticket is similar to the General Admission ticket, but you get access to the Park earlier! Enter the park any time after 2pm and get an afternoon of theme park fun, then enjoy the scares after dark! You’ll also get priority access once to each house!

  • Halloween Horror Nights After 2pm Day/Night Universal Express: From US$220pp This ticket allows you to skip the lines and get to the fear faster. Once per house.

Universal Studios Singapore

Dates: 30 September-5 November 2022 (Select Nights)


Universal Studios Singapore is celebrating 10 years of scares at this year’s Halloween Horror Nights. Never-before-seen haunted houses and scare zones, along with a game of laser tag! While there isn’t much more information available at the moment, it’s shaping up to be a terrifying time! I’ll update this blog with information as it becomes available.



Universal Studios Japan

Dates: Coming early September


There is no information available for the Universal Studios Japan Halloween Horror Nights at the moment. As Japan continues their slow and steady border opening trial, I suspect more information will come to light. Until then, stay tuned!
